Returns & Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please e-mail us at shop@willowandqueen.com with your name, order number, and which item(s) you would like to return to obtain a return authorization (RA#) and return address.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in original package and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Any return that does not meet this requirement will be sent back to the customer; we do not sell used merchandise.

For your security, please return your item(s) with an insured courier (i.e. fedex, ups, usps) and retain a receipt. Willow and Queen is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Items returned without a proper RA# will be returned back to customer.

Refunds
Upon receipt of your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The refund takes approximately 2-4 weeks to process upon receipt of the item. Final sale items are non-returnable.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
